Fakemon: Professor Willow

"Your pokedex seems to be coming along quote well. I must say that you have really improved as a trainer since that day when I gave you your first pokemon. Based on all of this... I think that I should personally evaluate your skill."

I finally came up with the Professor of my region. Meet Professor Willow of the Hagane region. She's studying the fighting spirit of Pokemon. Using her Findings, she developed the initial Pokeweapons that are now fully developed and available through Hagane.

She also has a full team of her own. The starters, which she uses to breed the starter pokemon for new trainers to have. Her Gaurd dogs, and her pet Lillama (And yes, you can battle her any time, but her pokemon are extremely strong and at high level. Think of her as a secret boss.)

Though kind and caring, she loves watching a good battle and observing challenging conflicts. She miiiight be somewhat of a sadist in that regard...

Her Pokeweapon is the Hypodermic booster, one Normal type linked to it will recover 1/3 of it's health every time it hits the red.
